Stop chasingrechargeshouse by house.
Exrecharge sends the reminder, collects the payment, tells your agent which door to knock on next, and warns you who is about to leave - all from the subscriber list you already keep.
Likely to drop
- Paid late in 3 of the last 4 months
- Two speed complaints raised this quarter
- A neighbour on the same lane switched last month
Suggested: Call before the due date and offer a line speed check
- Lane 2 · House 06 Reminder delivered on WhatsApp
- Lane 5 · House 19 Paid ₹599 via UPI
- Lane 1 · House 11 Agent marked ₹499 cash collected
Figures from a sample operator running 1,100 connections. Your own month-end board is populated on day one, straight after import.
Collect the money. Remind the home.
Keep the connection.
Every month an operator does the same three things. Exrecharge does two of them on its own and hands you the third with a reason attached.
Money lands before the knock
Each subscriber gets a link tied to their own amount. UPI, card or netbanking settles into your account, and cash still works exactly as it does today - the agent enters it and the receipt goes out instantly.
How collection worksSaid the way they read it
Language is set per subscriber, not per operator. The 25th gets the advance notice, the 1st gets the due date, and anyone who has already paid is quietly skipped.
See the reminder scheduleA name, before it is a loss
Payment history, complaint history, plan changes and what is happening on that lane add up to a score. You get the five or ten names worth a phone call this week, each with the reason spelled out.
How the score is builtYour month-end, already scheduled
Nothing here needs you to remember a date. Hover a lit day to see exactly what leaves the system and what lands on your desk.
Due-date reminder
A reminder in the subscriber's own language, with the payment link on top. Subscribers who already paid in advance are skipped automatically.
Today's route

Flagged to the owner with the two entries it came from.
34 homes, in walking order
Your collection boy does not need training or a data plan to spare. He opens the app, works down the list, and the office sees every rupee as it is entered.
- Route ordered by laneHomes are grouped so nobody walks the same lane twice in a day.
- Receipt at the doorOne tap marks cash collected and the subscriber gets a receipt on WhatsApp before the agent leaves the gate.
- Evening cash countWhat was entered is matched against what was handed in, and any gap is flagged with the entries behind it.
- Paid homes vanishA subscriber who pays online at 11am is off the afternoon route automatically.
Five phone calls that save a month of revenue
The churn list is short on purpose. It is ordered by risk, written in plain language, and refreshed every morning from what actually happened on your network.
The paper register is the only thing we need
No data entry project, no month of parallel running. Operators move across in an afternoon and send their first reminder the same evening.
Send us the list
Upload an Excel sheet, a CSV from your old billing software, or photographs of your register pages. Any column order works.
Excel, CSV or photosCheck what came in
You see the imported list with duplicates, missing numbers and odd amounts pulled to the top. Fix them in place, or leave them and come back later.
Cleanup checklistSend the first run
Pick a lane, send the reminder to that lane only, and watch the payments land. Then open it to the rest of your network.
Live the same dayOne product, two different day jobs
A cable operator's month is about packs and set-top boxes. An ISP's month is about speeds and outages. Exrecharge speaks both without pretending they are the same.
For cable operators
Base pack plus add-on channels, seasonal pack changes, and set-top box deposits that need tracking per home.
- Pack and add-on pricing with mid-month changes
- Set-top box deposit and serial number per connection
- Lane-wise collection view for the LCO
For broadband ISPs
Speed-based plans, FUP packs, outage credit on a lane, and router deposits that follow the subscriber.
- Speed plans with prorated upgrades and downgrades
- Outage noted on a lane and credited in one action
- Complaint history feeding the churn score
Four things Exrecharge will not do
Your account, your money
Subscriber payments settle into the operator's own bank account through licensed payment partners. Exrecharge never holds your collection.
Opt-out is honoured
Reminders follow WhatsApp and SMS template rules. A subscriber who opts out stops receiving messages, and the record shows it.
No automatic disconnection
We will tell you who is unpaid after the grace period. Suspending or restoring a connection stays an action you take.
Your subscriber data
The list belongs to the operator, is exportable in full at any time, and is never sold, rented or shared with another operator.
The questions that come up on the first call
My subscribers pay cash. Does any of this help me?
Yes, and this is the usual starting point. The reminder still goes out with a payment link, and the homes that choose to pay online drop off your agent's route before he leaves. Whatever stays cash gets collected the way it always has, except the entry, the receipt and the evening count are no longer on paper.
Does the money come to Exrecharge first?
No. Payment links are issued against the operator's own merchant account with a licensed payment partner, and settlement goes from the partner to your bank. We never sit between you and your collection.
Will a subscriber be disconnected automatically if they do not pay?
Never. After the grace period you get a list of homes still unpaid, and suspending or restoring a connection is always an action you take yourself. We do not touch your network equipment.
I already use billing software. Can I keep it?
Many operators run Exrecharge for reminders, collection and churn while their existing software stays on invoicing. Import takes a CSV export from most billing tools, and the Network plan adds an API if you want the two kept in step.
How accurate is the churn prediction in the first month?
It is weakest in month one, because it has only the payment dates and plan details that came in with your import. It sharpens from month two as complaint records, payment timing and plan changes accumulate. Treat the early list as a starting point for calls, not a verdict.
What happens if my agent enters the wrong amount?
Entries are editable with a trail, so the correction shows who changed it and when. The evening cash count compares entered totals against money handed in and flags the difference to the owner with both entries attached.
Let the street
do the chasing.
Import your list this week and the 25th run goes out on its own. Most operators are live on the same day they upload, because the register is the only thing we need from you.
