A connection leaves
months before it stops.
By the time a subscriber asks for disconnection, the decision was taken weeks earlier. Exrecharge watches the ordinary signals you already generate and puts a name in front of you while a phone call still works.
Four signals, none of them guesswork
The score is arithmetic on your own records. There is no outside data, no credit check and nothing bought from a third party - which is also why it gets sharper the longer you run.
Payment timing
Heaviest signalNot whether they paid, but when. A home that has slid from the 2nd to the 9th over four months is leaving slowly, and that drift is visible long before the connection stops.
Complaint history
Strong signalHow many complaints, how long they stayed open, and whether the same subscriber came back about the same problem. Two unresolved speed complaints matter more than six resolved ones.
Plan movement
Moderate signalDropping an HD pack, moving from 100 Mbps to 40, or asking your agent about prices. Downgrades are often the step before a switch.
Lane trend
Context signalWhat is happening around that home. If two houses on the same lane left last month and an outage hit the lane twice, every subscriber on it carries more risk.
The list is only useful if acting is easy
Every name on the risk board carries actions you can take without leaving the row, and each one is recorded so you can see later which of them actually worked on your network.
- Call lists by laneGroup the week's risky homes by lane so one visit covers four conversations.
- Offers with an expiryA retention offer is dated and ends on its own, so a discount does not quietly become the new price.
- Outcome trackingAfter three months you can see how many flagged homes stayed, and which action held them.
About churn prediction
How long before the score is worth trusting?
Roughly two to three billing cycles. Month one works off whatever payment dates came in with your import. From month two, complaints, plan changes and your own call outcomes start feeding in and the ordering gets noticeably better.
Does it use data from other operators?
No. Your score is built only from your own subscribers, your own complaints and your own lanes. Nothing crosses between operators in either direction.
Can I change what counts as risky?
You set the threshold at which a connection appears on the board, and you can weight complaint history up if service quality is your main battle. The signals themselves stay fixed so the score remains comparable month to month.
What happens to a flagged home that pays on time next month?
The score falls on its own. Nothing is permanent, and a home that returns to paying on the 2nd drops off the board without you clearing it.
Where to look after this
Let the street
do the chasing.
Import your list this week and the 25th run goes out on its own. Most operators are live on the same day they upload, because the register is the only thing we need from you.
