The route decides
which door is next.
Your collection agent should not be carrying a photocopied list and a pen. He opens the app, sees the homes that are still unpaid in walking order, and the office watches the total build through the day.

Six things that decide whether an agent uses it
Collection apps fail for ordinary reasons: no signal in a stairwell, a phone with no space, an agent who cannot read English. These are the ones we designed around.
Walking order, not list order
Homes are grouped lane by lane and house by house, so the route follows the way the street is actually walked rather than alphabetical names.
Works without signal
Entries are stored on the phone and sync when the network returns. A basement or a lift lobby does not stop the collection.
One tap for cash
Full amount, or the part the subscriber actually handed over. Either way the receipt goes out before the agent is back at the gate.
Every entry has a name
Each record carries the agent, the time and the device. Corrections stay visible as corrections rather than quietly replacing the original.
Live route changes
A home that pays online at 11am disappears from the afternoon stops. Nobody knocks on a door that has already paid.
Only what he needs
An agent sees his own route and nothing else. No full subscriber list, no other agent's collections, no export.
The evening count, settled in minutes
The hardest part of cash collection is not collecting it, it is agreeing on the number at night. Exrecharge closes the day by comparing what was entered against what was handed in, agent by agent.
- Entered against handed inOne figure for each agent, with the difference calculated rather than argued about.
- Differences come with evidenceA gap is shown next to the entries it came from, including the time and the connection.
- Agent performance over the monthHomes covered, amount collected, average days to collect, and the lanes where he is strongest.
Short entries are flagged to the owner only, with the two records behind the gap attached.
About the agent app
What kind of phone does an agent need?
Any Android phone from the last several years. The app is deliberately light, works on a slow connection, and keeps running when the signal drops.
Can an agent see my whole subscriber list?
No. He sees the homes assigned to his route and the amounts due on them. There is no export, no search across the network and no access to another agent's collections.
What if an agent leaves the business?
Revoke the account and his routes move to another agent with the pending homes intact. Everything he entered stays on the record under his name.
How many agents can I add?
Two on the Lane plan, and unlimited on Area and Network. Agent accounts are not charged separately - the price is per active connection.
Where to look after this
Let the street
do the chasing.
Import your list this week and the 25th run goes out on its own. Most operators are live on the same day they upload, because the register is the only thing we need from you.
