Every home pays
its own amount.
No shared QR code, no guessing who sent ₹499 at midnight. Each subscriber gets a link carrying their name, plan and exact balance, and the payment lands reconciled against that connection.
Four payment habits, one ledger
Operators rarely get to choose how subscribers pay. Exrecharge records all four the same way, so the month-end total is one number rather than four registers to add up.
UPI link
The most common path. The link carries the amount, so there is nothing for the subscriber to type.
Card and netbanking
For subscribers who pay for a quarter or a year at once, or who prefer their bank page.
Cash at the door
Your agent taps the amount collected. The entry is timestamped against his name and that connection.
Part payment
₹200 today, ₹199 on Friday. The balance is carried and the home is not treated as fully unpaid.
Proof leaves before the agent does
The receipt is the thing subscribers remember. Exrecharge sends it the second the payment is recorded, which ends the usual month-end argument about whether a payment was made at all.
- Instant receipt on WhatsApp or SMSCarries the amount, mode, date, plan name and the balance, if any is left.
- GST invoices for the monthGenerated against your GSTIN with HSN or SAC codes, downloadable as a batch for your accountant.
- Settlement you can tie outEvery online payment shows the partner reference, so a bank credit can be matched back to a connection.
- Duplicate payments flaggedIf a home pays online after the agent has already marked cash, the second entry is held for your review.

How collection is handled
Your account, your money
Subscriber payments settle into the operator's own bank account through licensed payment partners. Exrecharge never holds your collection.
Opt-out is honoured
Reminders follow WhatsApp and SMS template rules. A subscriber who opts out stops receiving messages, and the record shows it.
No automatic disconnection
We will tell you who is unpaid after the grace period. Suspending or restoring a connection stays an action you take.
Your subscriber data
The list belongs to the operator, is exportable in full at any time, and is never sold, rented or shared with another operator.
About collection
Which payment partners are supported?
Collection runs through licensed Indian payment gateways that support UPI, cards and netbanking. The merchant account is registered in the operator's own name, so settlement goes from the partner directly to your bank on their standard cycle.
Who pays the gateway fee?
The payment partner charges their published rate on online transactions and bills it separately from your Exrecharge subscription. Cash entries carry no gateway fee at all.
What if a subscriber pays into my personal UPI directly?
You can record it against the connection as an offline payment with a reference note, and the receipt goes out the same way. It keeps the ledger honest even when a subscriber takes a shortcut.
Can I collect for a quarter or a year in advance?
Yes. Advance payments are held against the connection and consumed month by month, and the subscriber is skipped in reminder runs for as long as the advance covers them.
Where to look after this
Let the street
do the chasing.
Import your list this week and the 25th run goes out on its own. Most operators are live on the same day they upload, because the register is the only thing we need from you.
